DUST REDUCTION SYSTEM

APPLICATION METHOD

The system operates only with WATER and AIR available in each enterprise. Chemical and foreign materials are not used in the system.

The water is pulverized by compressing the air in the spray nozzle and at the same time giving water to this compressed air in certain periods and in droplets. Since water particles, which can shrink up to 5 microns, become smaller than dust particles, they can surround more dust particles and add a volume to the dust and reduce the material without wetting.

Larger water particles repel dust particles rather than retain them. Thus, it either dusts the environment more or causes mudding. With SISMAK Water Pulverization System, much better performance can be achieved by consuming less water.

All of these can be used with a software program on an electronic control panel developed by SİSMAK.

Desired humidity, air and water ratios can be reduced and increased according to machine, material, environment and climate. Thanks to this software, the system automatically drains the water, cleans the filters and protects itself against possible freezing when turned off.

Water consumption of nozzles varies between 0.5 – 6 bar constant pressure and 1 – 120 lt /hours depending on the need. At the same time, we have nozzle varieties with different consumption capacity according to the usage area.
